Bid Request 968167 on rentacoder.com said the following!
“Hi, this is a very simple task. I need somebody with good reputation in wikipedia (has made many good contributions to it and has an account at least 3 months old) to vouch for keeping a link up in one of the articles.
The link is legal and complies with all wikipedia standards but one user persistently removes it because he is my competitor.
So what I want you to do is undo his removal of the link and post a small legitimate reason of why it should stay there in the talk page and the edit summary section. I will provide you with arguments. You will be doing this for a period of 5 days or until he gets tired of removing the link.
If you don’t have an account with wikipedia that’s ok, you can use your ip mode as long as you have a good reputation.
I’ll tell you the specifics (article address, link, etc…) when you post your bid.”
Frankly, it made me laugh first because this requester figured out that his “competitor” is removing his link. The author of this request (id 6448222) is from Mexico.
